As a data visualization expert, I focused on delivering a responsive chart using Google Charts, setting its width to 100% and height to 400px. The transparent background and lack of added background color ensure that the chart seamlessly integrates with its surrounding elements. The is3D option set to true adds depth to the pie chart, making it more engaging for users. The JavaScript code loads the Google Charts library and then defines the chart data and options. The arrayToDataTable method is used to create the data table, and the options object sets the is3D property to true. The ChartWrapper method is then called to render the chart in the specified container element with the ID chart_div.
